You're welcome to authenticate your watch locally at any authorized retailer. It is essential to use authorized retailers only for any questions regarding a luxury timepiece. Q: How can you offer such low prices on luxury watches?

A: Swiss Watch is not an "Authorized Dealer" of the high-end luxury brands that we sell. Authorized dealers cannot sell online or below retail. We can do both. We choose to pass that savings on to you.

Q: What is an "Authorized Dealer" or "Official Dealer"?

A: An Authorized or Official Dealer is simply a dealer who has agreed to work with a limited number of manufacturers in exchange for steeply discounted pricing on merchandise. However, the manufacturers place strict guidelines on merchandise pricing for Authorized Dealers, which restricts the dealers from discounting merchandise. As such, these dealers operate at very high margins and do not pass savings on to their customers. In addition, it is strictly forbidden for many top tier Swiss manufacturers such as Rolex and Cartier to sell any of their products retail online.

Q: How do I know my watch is authentic?

Q: Do the watches you sell come with their serial numbers?

A: Absolutely every watch we sell has its original serial number. We do not accept watches without serial numbers, and we do not remove serial numbers for any reason. In fact, we discourage this practice as does every reputable high-end watch dealer. We sell only the finest products in excellent condition. We do not sell or purchase any watches without serial numbers and would suggest that if a company offers watches without serial numbers you should walk away from that company and never look back.

Q: If I purchase a watch from Swiss Watch, will it come with a box and documentation?

A: Many of our watches include the original manufacturer's box and all documentation. If the original box is not available, we will provide you with a quality replacement box. If there is no manufacturer's paperwork, Swiss Watch will provide a complimentary appraisal listing all verified documentation free of charge upon request. This appraisal can also be used for insurance purposes.

Q: Do your products come with a warranty?

A: Swiss Watch is honored to have the opportunity to serve you. That is why we stand by all of our products with a full 12 month limited warranty. If an item we sell you should fail as a result of a manufacturer's defect at any time during the first 12 months, we will repair or replace the item at absolutely no cost to you.

Q: Do I get the manufacturer's warranty?

A: Because Swiss Watch is not an authorized dealer for many of the products that we sell, the manufacturer may not honor their original warranty. All products sold at Swiss Watch do come with a 12 month warranty.
